Russians bombed Kiev. "The biggest attack since the spring".

The overnight air strike on Kiev was Russia's largest attack on the Ukrainian capital since the spring. Air defence forces shot down more than 20 enemy targets, the head of the Kiev City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko, stated on Wednesday morning.
