“We are actively working to admit cybercrimes as war crimes. Hackers can be considered war criminals erstwhile they carry out attacks that can consequence in the death of innocent civilians,” Yuri Szczyhol, head of the State Service for peculiar Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP), said in an interview with “The Record”.
