Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 27.02.2025):
- The next geolocation recordings show that Andrijiwka was occupied by the Russians. The fierce fighting besides takes place in neighbouring Kostiantinopil.
- The Ukrainians conducted 2 successful counterattacks. They managed to recover part of Kotłyne (under Pokrowski) and Torecka. In Toreck, they came all the way to the city stadium, which should be considered a large success.
- On the Buyan section, Russian forces attempted an armored attack on fresh Krugliakiwka. It ended in complete defeat and demolition by Ukrainian drones of many vehicles before reaching the front line. This shows that specified operations do not fit into today's battlefield, and tanks definitely return to their first function from the First Christmas War as infantry support vehicles.
- The Russians carry out further counterattacks in the northern part of the Kursk region. They were to enter Lebiediwka and occupy all Pogrebki. Furthermore, they proceed to have full drone control over Ukrainian supply lines. In view of the immense losses from this, it is crucial to ask whether the continued Ukrainian presence in this area serves Moscow or Kiev more.
