Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 23.04.2025):
- Seven people died in Russia's attack on the city of Marganec in the Ukrainian Oblast of Djepropetrovsk. The victims are besides referred to in Poltava and Odessa, where Russian drones attacked on Wednesday night.
- On the Zaporosian section, the Russians occupied a number of fields and forest lines north of Żerrebianka. Thus they approached Kamiansky from the south east.
- The dry Baltic close Torecki yet fell under the Russians.
- The Ukrainian side is inactive defending itself in the “citadel” of Jaru Times.
- Russian troops conducted successful assaults of defensive positions between Biłohorivka and Hryhorivka, importantly shortening the distance to this second village.
- On the Liman section, Ukrainians took the northern part of Torskie.
- Another artillery attacks on Ukrainian pontoon bridges east of Volchansk.
- The Russians heavy bombed the Junakiwka area in the Sumi region. The village lies on the main line of Ukrainian defence, blocking the way to the regional capital.
- Today in London there are delegations from large Britain, France and the USA. The aim is to scope an agreement on the war in Ukraine.
