Russian tv and radio stations were hacked. Putin's fake speech

A radio address by Vladimir Putin was broadcast on Monday on respective local Russian radio spreads and tv stations that operate in regions bordering Ukraine. As it turned out, it was the effect of hacking their systems, and the message itself was false.
