Russian tank destroyer spotted close Volgograd. Direction parade or Ukraine?

On Twitter there was a photograph of the Russian tank destroyer/light tank 2S25M Sprut-SDM1, which was to be transported on a low-loader kit in the vicinity of Volgograd. Preparation for the May 9th parade, training ground tests or possibly shipping to Ukraine?
