Russian offensive in the summer. Is Ukraine ready? [COMMENT]

The situation on the fronts in Ukraine looks grim. There is simply a shortage of people, ammunition and fresh types of weapons - Politico reports, citing anonymous high-ranking Ukrainian military officials. In their opinion, the Russian offensive, erstwhile it comes, will have a chance to penetrate the Ukrainian defence in the place chosen by the Russians.
