Russian disinformation is not just Europe and the US. Moscow looks at Africa

Thinking that Russian misinformation is limited to the Western planet is simply a strategical mistake. As of 2014, 23 misinformation operations were identified in African countries. 16 of them have connections to the Kremlin.
