Russian misinformation isn't just about Europe and the US. Moscow looks to Africa

To think that Russian disinformation is limited in its influence only to the Western planet is simply a strategical mistake. Since 2014, 23 disinformation operations targeting African countries have been identified. 16 of them have ties to the Kremlin.
