According to topwar.ru, the Omsktransmash plants on September 25 were to hand over an unspecified amount of TOS-1A Solncepiok self-propelled thermobaric rocket launchers/heavy flamethrowers to the Russian Ministry of Defense. It is not known whether they are fresh or upgraded vehicles from the erstwhile version of TOS-1.
