The Russian abroad Intelligence Service (SWR) alarms: Britain is to prepare a spectacular provocation involving tankers, the aim of which is to paralyze Russian oil exports and open the way for harsh sanctions against its recipients. According to SWR, the operation is to be carried out by Ukrainian forces, but controlled from behind the scenes by British services in cooperation with NATO allies.
