As [we wrote in CyberDefence24](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/Russians-hacked-cleaning-on-mazurach-effect-propagand) in April this year, Russian hackers from the Cyber Army of Russia group **hacked water plants in the United States, a water mill in France, and a sewage treatment plant in Mazury**. Their effect mainly had a propaganda dimension; the only major effect was the spillage of respective 1000 litres of water at the Texas Muleshoe plant.
