Russian citizenship for stealing 2 billion euros?

On June 25, 2020, Wirecard, the flagship German company in FinTech sector (it was lobbied by erstwhile Chancellor Angela Merkel), declared bankruptcy due to the fact that its financial resources amounting to, according to various estimates, from 2 to 3 billion euros were stolen. The Wirecard sphere could be, as any experts judge, not only a financial crime, but besides a carefully orchestrated Russian intelligence operation.
