Russian BMP-3 on American soil

During the visit of a delegation of legislature staff from Arizona and members of the U.S. Senate, a Russian combat infantry car BMP-3 was spotted. It is another after the T-90A Russian vehicle spotted on the site of this largest U.S. military equipment test center.
