Russian atomic “terrorism” [OPINION]

Russia, in achieving its political goals towards Ukraine and the West, like a genuine terrorist organization based on fear, seeks to introduce into the global debate the issue of threats of weapons of mass destruction. But it does so much little rationally than before, bearing in head above all the broadly understood strategical effects of the failures of its conventional troops and any chaos erstwhile it comes to knowing the decision-making processes in the Kremlin. However, this does not mean full automatism regarding the usage of tactical atomic warheads in the aggression against Ukraine. The atomic charter is and will proceed to be primarily a tool of fear and a large-scale intellectual operation of Russia. At the same time, we must not forget that the contractual West has its tools to minimize this risk, even if it is greater than before.
