Russia, in order to accomplish its political objectives towards Ukraine and the West, like a real terrorist organization based on fear, is trying to bring the threat of weapons of mass demolition into global debate. However, it does so much little rationally than before, given first of all the widely understood strategical effects of the failures of its conventional troops and any chaos in knowing the decision-making processes in the Kremlin. However, this does not mean full automatic use, for example, of tactical atomic warheads in aggression against Ukraine. The atomic charter is and will proceed to be primarily a tool of fear and a large-scale intellectual operation of Russia. At the same time, we must not forget that the Contractual West has its tools to minimize this risk, even if it is greater than before.
