No 1 but the Kremlin (and possibly the Western intelligence community) knows how Russia wants to proceed the war in 2023, possibly even the Kremlin's own masters do not yet know exactly. possibly their plans will be subject to systematic change as was the case in 2022. But there are many indications that Russia wants to change a lot in 2023.
