Nobody outside the Kremlin (and possibly the West's intelligence community) knows how Russia wants to proceed the war in 2023, possibly even the Kremlin's rulers themselves don't know precisely that yet. possibly their plans will change systematically as they did in 2022. But there are many indications that in 2023 Russia wants to change a lot.
