The Uralwagonzawod concern was to change the operating time of its plants from a twelve-hour working day to twenty-four hours 7 days a week. This is most likely due to large shortages of employees in the repair of vehicles damaged in Ukraine, planned upgrades and restoration of vehicles from the equipment reserve to service.
