Russian abroad Ministry: We are the mark of 'coordinated cyber-aggression'

Russian Deputy abroad Minister Oleg Syromolotov said that his country is simply a mark of "coordinated aggression in cyberspace". These activities are to be carried out by both intelligence agencies and global IT corporations or hacktivists.
