Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the United States will take decisive action against Russia if the Kremlin does not agree to a ceasefire. "There will be strong steps against the Russian side," Zelensky said in Kyiv. The United States plans to increase sanctions and intensify military and financial aid for Ukraine. The president admitted that the details are not yet known, but these actions are intended to strengthen Kyiv in the fight against Russian aggression.
