Russia wants to make a navy in a country without access to the sea

Russia has assured Ethiopia, which has no access to the sea, that it will aid it make a war fleet. This was discussed on Friday during the visit of the Russian delegation to Ethiopian naval bases in Bishoft, 45 km south of Addis Ababa's capital. The delegation was led by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy by Admiral Vladimir Vorobev, as reported by the Ethiopian National Defence Forces (ENDF).
