Russia unveils timeline for army expansion. Hundreds of thousands of troops, aviation to ground troops

The Russian defence Ministry officially announced plans to increase the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to 1.5 million soldiers. The expansion of troops is expected to take place by 2026, and this is another announcement of this kind since the start of the “special operation”, i.e. full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
