According to The Moscow Times, the president of Russia instructed the FSB and law enforcement authorities to increase the level of protection of officials of the Ministry of Defence, representatives of state and local authorities, as well as employees of the education and social welfare sector. According to The Moscow Times, these actions are to be a consequence to the “wave of deadly attacks” which, as the Kremlin claims, are linked to the activities of the Ukrainian peculiar services. According to the same source, Putin besides indicated a increasing number of rocket and drone attacks on critical infrastructure and civilian facilities.
