Russia: train derailment close Ryazan due to explosion

Russia's Investigative Committee, on the basis of articles on terrorism and illegal acquisition, transfer or retention of explosive devices, has opened criminal proceedings following the derailment of freight cars in the Ryazan region, Radio Svoboda reported Sunday.
