Russia: Train derailment under Riazan as a consequence of the explosion

Russia's Investigative Committee on the basis of articles on terrorism and illegal acquisition, transfer or retention of explosive devices launched criminal proceedings after derailment of freight wagons in the Riazana region - Radio Swoboda reported on Sunday.
