Russia takes influence in Africa

Washington, Paris and their allies should reconsider their decision to retreat troops from the Sahel; by giving way to a Russian private military company known as the Wagner Group, the West opens the door to Moscow consolidating its influence in the region while making it far more dangerous, according to Colin P.
