Russia stretches out hands for another part of Ukraine [REPORT]

Authorities in the Kremlin want to include 4 occupied Ukrainian oblast into the confederate Military District, and the Western Military territory divided into two. The changes, crucial to the organization of the Russian army, are due to come into force at the beginning of March next year.
