Russia's Sukhoi shot down over east Ukraine. Friendly fire?

A video appeared on Twitter on which you can see a downed Russian combat aircraft of an unspecified type, which is most likely a typical of machines from the Pavel Sukhoi construction office. Russian anti-aircraft defence is expected to be liable for its precipitation, so we would have an example of another fratricidal fire, from friendly fire.
