In view of the immense losses in the equipment that Russia is suffering in the course of fighting in Ukraine, Moscow was forced to turn the defence manufacture into a mode of war economy. The factories are not only able to refurbish equipment downloaded from battlefields and long-term retention warehouses, but besides produce fresh tanks and another combat wagons.
