Russia reorganizes military forces in the Baltic Sea

Latvian Military Intelligence (MIDD) has confirmed that the Russian army is undergoing changes that, as announced by the Kremlin, are to increase its numbers from 1 to 1.5 million soldiers. The MIDD study on the subject states that despite large losses in Ukraine, Russia will proceed its aggressive abroad policy and arms build-up.
