Russia moves troops from Chersonia to the Luhansk region

Russia shifts the remnants of its best troops from Chersonia to the Lugansk region, especially the air-desanant units; they are well prepared soldiers, but these enemy actions will not importantly affect the situation on the front - said the loyal to Kiev chief of the authorities of Lugansk Serhi Hajdaj.
