Russia recruits reserves to defend the refinery. Are they gonna hit the front?

In 20 Russian regions, a reservists' recruitment run was launched to defend critical infrastructure, including refineries, power plants or industrial plants. This is allowed by Vladimir Putin's Act, which allows the usage of reservists for combat activities in the time of peace - let us remind you, Russia is formally not in the course of war, but "Special Military Operations".
