Russia recognises ships en way to Ukraine as military units

Russia said on Wednesday (July 19) that from Thursday it would consider ships sailing to Ukraine in the Black Sea as “potential military units,” AFP and Ukrinform said, citing the Russian defence ministry. It is besides worth recalling the informing of the White House, which said it had information indicating Russia's mining of its approach to Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea.
