Russia one more time punishes Wikipedia for publishing the fact about the war in Ukraine

For the 3rd time, Russia has imposed a punishment on Wikipedia for publishing the fact about the war in Ukraine. We are talking about approx. 27 thousand. dollars (2 million rubles). The Kremlin explains this by "refusing to remove" content - according to the government - "disinforming" about the actions of Russian troops in Ukraine.
