Russia: “Maxims” wz.1910 to the front with mobiks [COMMENT]

The Russians encourage young people to join the army by showing them the weapons prepared for them, including museum device guns of the Maxim kind of 1910. This may mean that the Russian armed forces deficiency modern weapons and gotta scope the warehouses of the Second planet War. Or possibly earlier.
