Russia is slow moving forward in the east of Ukraine and preparing for Kiev counteroffensive

Russian troops are losing their strength in the east of Ukraine in fighting for small, insignificant areas, and the ongoing offensive of Russians will most likely slow down before they are able to occupy any large city in the Donetsk Oblast – the Institute of War Studies (ISW) estimates.
