Russia is playing for time. ISW warns of Putin's plan

The current layout of the front line does not give the Ukrainian army adequate strategical depth to repel further Russian attacks, according to analysts at the Institute for the survey of War (ISW). The American think tank points out that a possible ceasefire may give the Russian side time to prepare a larger offensive.
