At the end of October, the 3rd Russia-Africa summit will be held in Moscow. According to the Russian abroad Ministry, more than 30 countries have already confirmed their participation. It will not only be an image-oriented event, as the Kremlin will one more time usage the conference to hold bilateral talks, sign agreements and convince that despite the war against Ukraine, Russia remains the main partner for Africa.
