Russia is letting Serbia go to Kosovo? Europe's consequence in Moldova? [COMMENT]

Serbia has raised the combat readiness of its armed forces in consequence to fresh car registration rules introduced by authorities in Kosovo. It is speculated that the emergence in tension in the Balkans may be inspired by Russia, which is thus seeking to distract attention from the war in Ukraine. However, Europe can rematch the Kremlin by starting the process of removing Russian troops from Transnistria, which formally belongs to Moldova.
