Russian media have not limited themselves to reporting the detonation of a rocket in Tarnavia-Kolonia. Even before the completion of the study, the remains began to build a multilayered defensive narrative: first to undermine the findings of the Polish authorities, then to accuse Donald Tusk of political manipulation, and in the most extremist version to propose that Ukraine could have been behind the incident. The aim is not to present a coherent alternate version of events. Rather, it is about creating the impression that the fact cannot be established, and any indication of Russia is part of the political run of the West.
