The commander of the Latvian armed forces, General Kaspars Pudans, assessed in an interview with the FT on Thursday that Russia has gained a technological advantage that it can usage to attack NATO by the end of 2028; he stressed that Moscow's advantage lies in its ability to mass-produce drones during the war.
