“Russia gained technological advantage, could attack NATO in 2028”

The commander of the armed forces of Latvia, General Kaspars Pudans, assessed on Thursday in an interview with “FT”, that Russia had gained a technological advantage that it could usage to attack NATO until the end of 2028; he stressed that Moscow's advantage was its ability to mass produce drones during the war.
