Russia has a problem with the accuracy of long-range missiles

The anti-ship missiles Russia uses for land-based attacks are weak in distinguishing targets in urban areas, and evidence from the war suggests a deeper dysfunction of Russia's long-range strike capabilities, the British defence ministry said on Tuesday.
