Russia has a fresh fleet command

The fresh chief commander of the Russian Navy was Admiral Aleksandr Aleksieevich Moiseev, who replaced Admiral Nikolay Anatolyevich Evmenov in this position. The fresh commander-in-chief previously served as North Fleet commander. Due to his appointment, Deputy Admiral Konstantin Petrov Kabancov became the fresh commander of this fleet. Previously, he was chief of staff – the first deputy commander of the North Fleet.
