Russia Expels Diplomats: EU Country Involved

The Kremlin has expelled 2 Romanian diplomats from Russia: a defence attaché and his deputy. Moscow has stressed that this is simply a consequence to Bucharest's decision to declare the Russian typical a persona non grata.
