The situation on the east Front has reached a critical point. 1 of the heaviest conventional weapons in the Russian arsenal – a three-ton FAB-3000 aerial bomb – fell on the Ukrainian positions in Myrnohrad. In the ruins of the city, cut off from the main supply routes, about a 1000 Ukrainian soldiers are fighting for survival. The detonation of a three-ton charge shook not only the buildings of Myrnohrad, but besides the morale of the defenders of Donbas. The usage of the FAB-3000 bomb – a relic of the Cold War, modernized into a "soaring death" bomb – signals a ruthless maneuver by the Russians: to raze the city to the ground to break the opposition of the encircled units.
