Russia disappointed with the US: "Biden's war has become Trump's war"

The behaviour of the United States is contrary to the proposals made in Anchorage, the Kremlin abroad minister publically announced during the economical Forum in St. Petersburg. In the case of Ukraine, the Americans turned out to be no better for Russia than the Europeans.
