Russia builds military facilities on the Finnish border

Russian armed forces began to grow their military facilities just off the Finnish border, at the same time in the north and in Karelia – the Finnish public radio Yle gave. However, according to Finnish national defence minister Antti Hakkanen, there is no indication that Russia toured there.
