Russia attacks Ukraine with dozens of missiles. Retaliation for hitting the bombers?

A large number of missiles were fired from Russia towards Ukraine. They were to be launched from strategical bombers and ships in the Black Sea. The strike comes just after Ukrainian unmanned aircraft attacked Russian bases, damaging 2 bombers according to unconfirmed information.
