Lie, lie and lie any more. This was the maneuver utilized by Russia during the UN safety Council. The Kremlin typical tried to turn the tide and shift the blame for the violation of Polish airspace to Ukraine. According to Prof. Patrycja Grzebyk of the UW, the Council was a success for Poland, as most countries condemned Moscow's actions and did not believe its translations.
