On Tuesday (18.02), the first circular of U.S.-Russian talks on a possible ceasefire in Ukraine took place in the capital of Saudi Arabia. Marco Rubio and Sergey Lavrov have agreed to make teams to work to end the Russian war in Ukraine as shortly as possible, the U.S. State Department said.
