Russia agrees to naval base in Sudan

Russian abroad Minister Sergey Lavrov has completed a tour of the African continent, during which he managed to sign an agreement after many months of negotiations to establish a Russian naval base in Port Sudan on the Red Sea in Sudan, AP reported.
