Russia has large possible and capabilities in the cyber domain. According to its doctrinal assumptions, multi-domain activity is to lead to the maximum weakening and disintegration of the enemy's society and state structures - emphasizes the Command of the Cyberspace defence Forces Component Command (DKWOC). Polish cyber troops indicate: offensive capabilities should be developed.
