Information about Romania's willingness to cooperate with Ukraine in developing R-360 Neptun maneuvering missiles provided ArmyRecognition service. This is most likely not only about improving the effector itself, but besides at least its partial production in the Romanian arms industry. This process would take place in the framework of greater cooperation aimed at securing the Black Sea area by both countries against possible threats specified as the Russian fleet. Unfortunately, no further information has been provided on this issue. An interest in Romania's willingness to cooperate on Neptune's antiship missiles (which may have been utilized for any time to destruct land targets) is interesting for respective reasons.
